Marketing Manager, Can-Am Spyder Roadster

Under the supervision of the Can-Am Spyder Director Business Development, you are a key contributor towards the achievement of annual North American sales and profit objectives through the development and tight execution of integrated marketing plans.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers' values and needs, the market dynamic, the network requirements and the Can-Am brand.
  • Develop and recommend marketing and business strategies integrated into marketing plans that will ensure achievement of business and brand goals.
  • Strong and timely execution of annual marketing plans, including tight budget control.
  • Continuously monitor progress towards achievement of objectives to provide Management a solid understanding of the state of the business.
  • Supervise agencies and others suppliers to ensure development and execution of marketing elements such as advertising, media, promotions, web and other marketing initiatives.
  • Lead a cross functional teams (sales, sales administration, PAC, PA, etc) to deploy a harmonized marketing plan in the field.
  • Supervise, train and coach team members by sharing expertise and knowledge in terms of Best Practices.
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Science in Business/Marketing preferred (MBA degree would be an asset).

Snowmobile Marketing Manager

Job Location: Valcourt (Québec) Canada

Reporting to the Snowmobile - Marketing Director and in collaboration with the Coordinator, you will be responsible:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand business wholesale and retail dynamics to define trends and insights in order to develop appropriate business strategies to reach targets (Market share, retail sales, etc).
  • Build Brand image to increase Brand equity and ensure it is properly executed within all the communication material that reach consumers (Brand consistency).
  • Supervise the development of all strategic marketing material (Brochures, TV spots, Print ads, videos, etc.).
  • Manage external agencies relations.
  • Lead cross-functional team (sales, sales admin, shows, PAC) regarding brand strategies, and ensure endorsement in order to have an integrated approach and coordinated implementation of marketing tactics.
  • Coach, supervise and develop team members while sharing expertise and ''best practices'' with other Brands.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration (Marketing would be an asset)

Coordinator – International after sales service (Second posting)

Job Location: Valcourt (Québec) Canada

The International After Sales Service Coordinator is the key contact between the ten (10) BRP regional offices and the internal BRP departments at factory level in Valcourt and Sherbrooke. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the various regional after sales departments by providing technical and other after sales information and support. The coordinator is highly motivated, autonomous, mobile and ready to be challenged by the International business context.

Principal Responsibilities:

Purpose:

  • Support the overall International After Sales Service commitments for the regional offices and their dealer/distributor Networks.
  • Assist in the development of After Sales processes/policies and adapting them to the regional support strategies and requirements.
  • Provide expert technical product knowledge and information support.
  • Contribute to the overall International profitability

Scope:

  • All International markets and offices outside of North America
  • Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am & Spyder products (Units and PAC)
  • After Sales Service areas; Technical, Warranty, Consumer, PPQ, Training
  • Travel: 2-4 business trips/year

Objectives & Key Measurements:

Technical Product Support:

  • Support technical product issues resolution
  • Provide technical information updates and/or solution clarification
  • Liaison between North American support services
  • Support PPQ issues requirements for International
  • Provide International specific info. for the SAP-CRM tracking system
  • Assist with Consumer issues requiring internal factory support

PPQ and Warranty:

  • As member of the RPQ/PPQ team shares progress and assists with early identification of potential product issues
  • Acts as the liaison between International groups and the internal BRP departments
  • Prepares and communicates technical product reports for internal and network use
  • Support product campaign creation, preparation and completion tracking
  • Assists with Warranty special files and evaluations
  • Provide ongoing support with the annual warranty guidelines
  • VCK/MPI tracking

Training:

  • Assist & support where needed the development of strategies
  • Prepare the annual technical update strategy

Qualifications:

Education, Background & Experience:

  • B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent trade or business qualifications

  • Bilingual (French & English), other languages (German or Spanish) would be an asset
  • Proven International business or/and distribution network experience
  • Computer skilled with Web, PC applications and data analysis

Under the responsibility of the Support & Systems Development Manager, for Sales, Distribution and Finance, the seeked candidate will have the following functions:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Establish and optimize distribution and financial processes mainly according to SAP and industry best practices in that sphere of activities;
  • Give advice and orient customer with the tools utilization;
  • Analyze, configure, test and document the implemented solutions;
  • Draw up the functional and technical specifications when programming is required to adapt the system;
  • Support existing applications for the various sites: Canada, USA and International.

Qualifications

  • Hold a 8-year or more experience in Information Systems, more specifically in the financial, sales and distribution modules. Be recognized as an expert in the Credit Management modules, "dunning", interest calculation and "cash management". Have participated into implementation and support of several management models in SAP for SD (Sales & Distribution), FI (Finance) and AR (Accounts Receivable) modules. Must master the concepts within these modules as well as configuration and best business practices into these areas;
  • Have experience being a key resource in at least three (3) SAP implementations as well as version upgrade;
  • High-level knowledge of SAP in SD and FI modules (8 years minimum). Certification related to these modules as well as a recognized accounting title would be an advantage. Have a high-level knowledge of SAP's adaptation best practices (exit and others.) and experience with SAP 4.6 version or subsequent;
  • Strong experience in processes restructuring, autonomy, be a "team player" and have ability for undertaking initiatives and problems solving;
  • Knowledge of SAP - SEM (Strategic Enterprise Management) module would be an advantage.

The person must be bilingual (English and French), hold a computer systems or accounting licence as well as have experience in applications development. International travelling is to be considered (North America, Europe and eventually Asia and others).
