Our Engineering team’s mission is simply… to be the best in the business. The efficiency, innovation and performance of our vehicles are more than just objectives: they’re why this team gets up in the morning. The opportunities for members of our Engineering team to excel are many and varied, because they:
- participate in the study, design, development, and testing of the various systems used in motorized recreational vehicles
- work closely with the design and marketing teams in the early stages to define product features
- work closely with the manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance, and racing teams in the various phases of product development
- work on the development of mechanical, electrical and electronic components, while setting new technical standards
- do studies, digital analyses, calculations and drawings to guide the technical team
- identify and quickly solve technical problems that could affect customer satisfaction
