Our Legal Services have a mission to provide the best possible protection for BRP’s interests while minimizing the financial and legal impact of this on our business processes. That’s some challenge! The Legal Services team has to make sure that our strategic decisions reflect the legislative, regulatory, or contractual environment within which the company operates. Specifically, this team must:
- support, assist and advise the organization’s various departments
- manage BRP’s international portfolio of trademarks
- manage the legislative elements of dealer files
- write, negotiate and interpret commercial agreements related to BRP’s various operating sectors
