Here you’re at the heart of the action. Once all of BRP’s departments have collaborated on the creation of a vehicle, it’s here that the vehicle actually takes shape. Building a BRP vehicle is both a privilege and a huge responsibility. There’s a lot to do: plan production schedules, submit orders, manufacture parts, assemble them properly, make sure that the quality is up to standard, ensure continuous improvement in work methods, coach co-workers… and the list goes on. After all, turning the world into a giant playground takes a lot of hard work.
