Evinrude® E-TEC® outboard engines

Advanced two-stroke direct injection outboard engines that produce lower exhaust emissions including lower carbon monoxide emissions than many four-stroke engines, providing a cleaner, quieter and safer boating environment.

  • Use 75% less oil than traditional two-strokes and 50% less than traditional direct injection systems.
  • Release only one-fifth of the carbon monoxide emissions of a four-stroke engine at idle.
  • Feature whisper-quiet operation now known in the industry as their “signature sound”.
  • Compliant with stringent U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), European Union (EU), and California Air Resources Board (CARB) 3-Star ultra-low emissions standards.

Sea-Doo® watercraft

Use cleaner technology across the entire product line.

  • Offer up to 75% reduction in exhaust emissions over two-stroke carbureted engines.
  • Include a D-Sea-Bel™ Sound Reduction System which reduces sound levels by up to 50% over prior personal watercraft technology.

Safety Features

  • Sea-Doo® Learning Key™: limits engine speed, allowing first time users and inexperienced riders to develop skills and confidence in a controlled manner.
  • Can-Am™ Outlander™ MAX ATV: first ATV designed especially for two people, with ergonomic backrest and passenger hand-holds.
  • Can-Am™ Spyder™ Vehicle Stability System (VSS): developed in conjunction with Bosch†, the VSS continuously analyzes the motion and forces as they relate to the vehicle’s stability and will intervene and assist the rider in maintaining the vehicle under control. Integrated in VSS are the functions of SCS, TCS and ABS.
